Super organized, quick response time, and proactive in keeping you updated to any concerns they may find.  I love that they have a lovely customer portal, and can text at any time with concerns. Called Grizzly Pest Control when I saw a single cockroach crawl across the kitchen floor after returning from a vacation.  We had only owned the house for about 9 months and until then hadn’t had any concerns.  Mickey came out and sprayed that week inside and out, and have we not an issue since. Even filled an old rodent bait station the previous owners left in the back yard (we don’t have any rodent concerns).   They spray every 2 months, send us a reminder text the week that are coming and another when they are “on their way.”  We have even had to call and reschedule on short notice so they could spray inside again.  Every time I have spoken to Tonya on the phone to schedule or reschedule she is kind and considerate.  Mickey too at the house spraying!  Great company!  Highly recommend!

I have been using Grizzly Pest Control for my rental properties and my personal home for a little over a year. The owner is very responsive and knowledgeable, the office Staff is also very responsive and helpful when I have a request and is quick to schedule service.
